Recruiting is also personal to me. 

Proof of the process. Our son Peyton Thompson signed a full football scholarship to San Jose State and then played six years in the NFL. Our nephew Syd Thompson signed at Cal and after multiple All-American seasons, was drafted by the Denver Broncos. His youngest brother Shaq Thompson became a 5 Star recruit who signed at the University of Washington. After his junior season and multiple All-American honors he was selected in the first round by the Carolina Panthers. After ten seasons there he was signed by the Buffalo Bills where he is in his twelfth NFL season.
